In this workshop, you will learn and practice several simple meditation techniques to help you access your creativity, release stress and tension, and dive more deeply into your vision for your writing.
No prior experience with meditation is necessary, and if you're new to creative writing, that's fine, too. The workshop will include writing time so that you can commit your newfound ideas and insights to paper.
