A special class that combines feel-good yoga with time to go within, access your creativity, and write.
This is a weekly class that will run on Wednesday nights from January 17 until March 28.
A refuge from the distractions of 21st-century life, this class combines stress relief with self-expression. Even better: it’s appropriate for everyone, no matter how much (or how little) experience you have with yoga or writing.
We’ll begin each class with a fun, accessible yoga practice, aiming to release stress, cultivate focus, and quiet the inner critic. Afterward, we’ll gather our notebooks and enjoy quiet time to write. Writing prompts will be provided each week, but students are welcome to work on whatever they wish.
